RULES

1. Photo must be matted, no frame, no glass.

2. The Fair Association is not responsible for damaged pictures

3. Photos will be black and white or color

4. Photos must be appropriate for a family fair

5. Size of photo must be no smaller than 5x7 and no larger than 9x12 not including mat

6. Size of photos for series class: each photo must be no smaller than 3x5 and no larger than 5x7 not including mat. Series should tell a story.

7. Non-Digitally Enhanced and Digitally Enhanced Entered in Separate Classes. ANYTHING TAKEN WITH A DIGITAL CAMERA IS CONSIDERED DIGITALLY ENHANCED.
   

JUDGING CRITERIA

1. Technical Merit (30%)
2. Presentation (30%)
3. Artistic Interpretation (30%)
4. Follow Directions (properly entered) (10%)

Prizes: First - $5.00 Second - $3.00 Third - $2.00
