RULES
- Syrup entered in this competition must have been produced by the exhibitor in the past 12 months
- Two standard 1 pint jars with screw bands and lids must be used. No advertising or decorations.
- Syrup will be tested for density (66 brix) and correct USDA Grade
- Each jar must have a label on the front with the grade and date of production and also a label on the bottom with exhibitor name and address
- One entry per exhibitor
