Adult Exhibit Hall General Rules
- The Exhibit Hall will be open to accept exhibits Wednesday, August 31, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No entries will be accepted after these hours.
- Exhibitor may only enter one exhibit per class.
- Judging will take place on Thursday evening.
- All exhibitors must be registered at our registration desk on the first floor or they will not be judged.
- A 3x5 card must accompany exhibits in canning, vegetables, flowers, eggs, fruit, and baking ONLY. All other exhibits require craft tags which can be found at the desk. Please try to have index cards filled out prior to registration. Please include the following information:

- All exhibits must be produced and/or prepared by the exhibitor.
- Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older as of January 1st of the current year
- No exhibit may be removed before 6:00 p.m. and must be removed by
8:00 p.m. on Monday. Exhibitors may walk in at 6:00 p.m. or drive in
after 7:00 p.m. Removal before this time will result in a loss of premium
money and the right to exhibit next year. The Fair Association will not be
responsible for entries left after this time.
- Superintendents reserve the right to reject any entries without being liable for compensation.
- The Spencer Fair Association will not be responsible for any loss, injury, and damage that shall occur. Only under these conditions are entries accepted.
- People’s Choice awards will be awarded on a daily basis. The public will vote for their favorite exhibit. See board near Superintendent’s desk for winners.
