A rotating trophy has been established in memory of Kenneth H. Lane, teamster, father, grandfather, husband, teacher and friend, whom we lost on September 21, 2006. His encouraging words, humorous insights, and knowledge of horses and human nature will be greatly missed. We were very fortunate to have known him.

The trophy will be awarded to the first place teamster of the Single Log Skid - Ken's favorite class, and may be retired by the teamster winning it three years in a row; at which time a new trophy will be issued.

Thank you to all whose donations made this trophy possible.
