The Spencer Fair Grounds

An 11-Acre Fenced and Centrally Located Facility for all Occasions

Under cover with concrete floors there are two buildings for a total of 20,000 sq. ft. to house those events that need protection from the weather.

A covered stage, 30' x 40', with ample electrical outlets and lighting suitable for any form of entertainment.

A 2500-seat permanent grandstand overlooking a 60' x 300' dirt area closed in with jersey barriers.

There are approximately 15 acres of parking to hold hundreds of cars. Most of the parking areas have some lighting and are adjacent to the grounds.

Portable bleachers with seating capacity of 600.
