Off-Season Rentals

The Spencer Fairgrounds has select buildings on the grounds are available for rental during May thru October. Our grounds include 11 acres of which is enclosed with security fencing and gates, 4 buildings are  available. There are approximately 15 acres of parking to hold hundreds of cars,most areas have some lighting.   The Fairgrounds is a great place to host many types of exhibits :

• Lighting for night events.
• Trash cans, picnic tables, benches and bleachers available.

Buildings:

1st floor Exhibit Hall 
10,000 square feet with bathroom and 2 coolers available.
Tables and chairs for your function. This building 
Is great for group organizations or company functions.

Covered Stage
30'×40' with ample electrical outlets and lighting. 
Suitable for any format of entertainment.  
Rental can be combined with 1st floor of exhibit hall.

Grandstand  Area
2500-seat permanent grandstand  overlooking a 60'×300' dirt area closed in with jersey barriers.
Portable bleachers are available. 

Buyers Place
10,000 Sq.ft. with concrete floors to 
House those events that need protection 
From the weather. This building will be great 
For sales,craft and trade shows.

Cattle Barn
10,000 Sq ft concrete floor, cattle panels with hooks. 
Wash racks, outdoor show ring. 
Multiple users for this building. 

Agricultural Center
60'×120' concrete floor. 
Next to restrooms.
This building will be great to host your dog show or trail, or livestock events.
